Cancellation Policy

To modify or cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. You can reach us at 0466 525 409.

  • Orders canceled 24 hours before the delivery date will incur an administration fee of 10% of the total order value.
  • If your order is in preparation but has not yet been delivered, we can cancel the order, but a refund will not be issued. Instead, you will receive a credit note for the full purchase amount to be used at a later time with Blooming Wild.

Refund Policy

Please note:

  • Food and nonperishable items must be returned unopened and in their original condition.
  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, their lifespan will vary depending on the varieties. Some flowers naturally last longer than others. Additionally, flower availability may be seasonal, meaning your delivered bouquet may differ slightly from images on our website.
  • We cannot accept returns due to change of mind or design preference, and no refunds will be issued in these cases.

Delivery Errors and Redelivery

Please ensure the delivery details you provide are accurate. We cannot issue refunds for orders where incorrect information was provided. If redelivery is required due to errors in the delivery details, an additional delivery fee may apply.


Order Alterations or Cancellations After Delivery

If you wish to alter or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once items have been delivered, we cannot process cancellations or changes.
